3. Facebook Data Deletion Instructions
According to the Facebook Platform rules, we have to provide User Data Deletion Instructions.
If you want to delete your activities for our apps, following these instructions:

- Go to Your Facebook Account's Setting & Privacy. Click "Setting".
- Then, go to "Apps and Websites" and you will see all of your Apps activities.
- Select the option box for any of our apps
- Click "Remove" button.
- Congratulations, you have successfully removed your app activities

3.Trades of Virtual Items and Virtual Currency
DIVMOB prohibits and does not recognize any purported transfers of virtual items or virtual currency effectuated outside of the game, or the purported sale, gift, or trade in the "real world" of anything that appears or originates in the game, unless expressly authorized by DIVMOB. Any such transfer or attempted transfer is prohibited and void, and may subject your account to termination.

4.Your Responsibility in Using Our Service
You agree that, while using the DIVMOB services, you will not, under any circumstances:
- send, post, transmit, or make available any material or information that may be abusive, threatening obscene, defamatory, libelous, or racially, sexually, religiously, or otherwise objectionable or offensive;
- stalk, harass, threaten, or defraud other DIVMOB users;
- use, develop, or distribute any robot, spider, unauthorized script, unauthorized scraper or offline reader, or any other cheat, mod, hack or the like, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with or provide automated access to or use of the DIVMOB service;
- buy, sell, trade, or advertise to sell any virtual currency or items or Game Account;
- develop, distribute, or publicly inform other members of "auto" software programs, "macro" software programs, or other "cheat utility" software programs or applications;
- exploit, distribute, or publicly inform other members of any game error, miscue, or bug which gives an unintended advantage;
- share the password of the game account or other information that let anyone else access your game account;
- access another user's game account without permission;
- in-app purchase abuse may lead to termination your game account;

5.Guest Account
Please keep in mind that you may not receive customer support or may not use virtual items or virtual currency for which you have paid if you change your mobile device without creating a game account.

6.Suspension & Termination of game account
DIVMOB may limit, suspend, or terminate your use of the game account if we have a reasonable belief that you fail to comply with any portion of our policy. In such an event, DIVMOB is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation.

7. Suspension & Termination of DIVMOB Service/Game
DIVMOB reserves the right to stop providing or supporting any part of the our games or a particular game at any time either permanently or temporarily, at which point your license to use the our services or a part thereof will be automatically terminated or suspended. In such an event, DIVMOB is not required to provide refunds, benefits, or other compensation to users in connection with such discontinued elements of the DIVMOB services.

8. Fees and Purchase Terms
Some DIVMOB Games may be described as a "free game", you may download and play such games free of charge, but they may have in-app purchase, subscriptions and charge real money for additional game content.
Subscription is automatically renewable, you can manage it and switch off automatic renewal at any time in your account setting on App Store or Google Play.
You agree and acknowledge that DIVMOB is not required to provide a refund for any reason. Your purchase is final and is not refundable, exchangeable, and transferable.
You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you.
DIVMOB may revise the pricing for the goods and services it provides to you at any time.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.
